Building a home can be stressful, but it doesn’t have to be. When you choose All Home Projects you are choosing
unparalleled quality and excellence. From initial discussions and design, to the tender process, construction and the final handover, we carefully consider every aspect of your build so you don’t have to.

Our experience and expertise have enabled us to streamline the process so you can rest easy knowing everything is in
check and taken care of in five simple steps.

Step 1

First we help you select a design and façade from our
extensive range of homes. Our consultants will assist you
throughout the whole process, paying special attention to
your specific preferences and requirements, including any
variations you wish to make. We will then provide you with
an initial quotation.

Step 2

We proceed with a Site Survey on your block of land, and any
other relevant assessments so that we can provide you with an
accurate fixed price Tender and Building Contract.

Step 3

Once the documentation is complete, we will invite you to
a complimentary consultation with our Colour Consultant
at our Design Studio to personalise your new home. This
includes your choice of external materials, flooring, kitchen
and many other aspects of your home that ensure it suits
your needs.

Step 4

We finalise the design with you, and submit your plans to the
Council or Private Certifier.

Step 5

We pay attention to every detail and pride ourselves on
delivering an exceptional product. Throughout the
construction of your home, we will invite you to site inspections
at different stages of the building process.

Step 6

It’s now time to move into your new All Home Projects!
